Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the complete tendering process for government and private sector projects.
● Expertise in online portals like GeM and other e-procurement platforms.
● Coordinate with internal teams for tender requirement gathering, technical specifications, and cost estimation.
● Prepare, compile, and submit high-quality bids and proposals in line with tender requirements.
● Analyze and interpret tender documents including BOQs, drawings, and compliance checklists.
● Maintain and update tender trackers and documentation for timely submission and audit purposes.
● Monitor live tenders, RFPs, RFQs across multiple platforms and evaluate bid eligibility.
● Liaise with procurement teams, vendors, and government officials for smooth execution and follow-ups.
● Support post-bid activities including documentation, presentations, and negotiation coordination.
● Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and statutory norms throughout the tendering process.
